Saint Simon of FC. As I'm sure you are all aware, Simon is a massive Southampton Football fan. In his own words he is a "lifelong supporter" and has lived and breathed the club for the last 30 years. Simon was kind enough to let me have a photo of him when he was a baby wearing his first Southampton kit:

As I'm sure you'll agree this is a lovely picture of Simon as a child, benefiting to this website; a homage to Simon as he turns 30. I'm not sure, but I think the picture was taken just after the 1976 FA cup final? I'm sure Simon would confirm that fact.

The next picture was taken just last season, as you can tell he, like the rest of us, was incredibly disappointed when Southampton were needlessly stabbed in the back by their evil ex-manager and ended up being relegated to the Championship. I asked Simon what he thought about the coming season, his reply was brief and to the point: "I think we'll go up, and Portsmouth will go down. I love Southampton FC. UP THE SAINTS!!"
